Introduction

• Registration: To become a seller on Walif, you must register for a free account (“account”). You will create a username and password and are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality.

• Account Security: You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

  • Log out of your account at the end of each session.

  • Walif is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate your account if you provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

• Automatic Account Creation: Non-registered users completing a purchase will have an account automatically created. Access information will be sent to the email address provided.

• Electronic Communications: By using the Walif platform, you consent to receive electronic communications (email, SMS, etc.) from us regarding your account, orders, and other service-related information.

• Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving marketing communications through your account settings.

• Product Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your products, including descriptions, pricing, and availability.

• Pricing: You are responsible for setting and maintaining the prices of your products.

• Orders and Fulfillment: You are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and according to the agreed-upon terms.

• Returns and Refunds: You are responsible for establishing and communicating your return and refund policy to buyers.

• Prohibited Items: You may not sell prohibited items on Walif, including but not limited to illegal, hazardous, or counterfeit products.

• Seller Fees: While basic access and registration are currently free, Walif reserves the right to introduce or modify fees for sellers in the future. Changes to fees will be communicated to you and will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

• Seller Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for delivering orders promptly and in accordance with the information provided by the buyer during checkout.

• Order Processing: Walif will process orders upon confirmation of payment.

• Delivery Issues: Walif is not responsible for any delays or issues arising during the delivery process.

• Refusal of Delivery: Buyers do not have the right to refuse delivery upon receipt of the ordered products, provided the products match the order details. Payment is due upon delivery for Cash on Delivery orders.

General Policy: Returns are generally not permitted for orders placed through Walif except in cases of product defects.

• Cancellation by Walif: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for products that are incorrectly priced, unavailable, or violate our policies. In case of cancellation after payment processing, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Cancellation by Buyer: Refer to our Order Cancellation policy for details regarding cancellations initiated by buyers.

• Walif Ownership: All intellectual property rights associated with the Walif platform, including but not limited to logos, text, code, design, and functionality, are owned by Walif.

• No License Granted: Your use of the platform does not grant you any license or right to use Walif’s intellectual property.

• Third-Party Trademarks: Any third-party trademarks displayed on the platform belong to their respective owners.

If you violate these Terms, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Order cancellation

• Suspension of your account

• Permanent ban from the platform

• Blocking your IP address

• Contacting your internet service provider to request access blocking

• Legal action against you

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saud Arabia 

• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled amicably between the parties. If the parties are unable to reach an amicable settlement, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walif and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the platform

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information

  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform

  • Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the platform by any third party

• Exceptions to Limitation: This limitation of liability shall not apply to liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
