Wlif Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Wlif!

We care about your privacy and want to be upfront about how we handle your information. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules of the road when you’re using the Walif website and services.

Your Walif Account

  • Creating an Account: It’s free to create an account on Walif. You’ll need a username and password, and it’s your responsibility to keep those secure. Don’t share them with anyone!
  • Staying Safe: Let us know right away if you think someone else is using your account without permission. Always log out when you’re done, especially if you’re using a public computer. We’re not responsible for anything that happens if you don’t keep your account info private.
  • Be Honest: Give us accurate details when you sign up and keep them updated. If we think you’re giving us fake info, we can close your account.
  • Automatic Account: If you order something without an account, we’ll create one for you automatically. We’ll send the login details to the email you provide.

How We Communicate

  • Emails and Stuff: When you use Walif, you’re cool with us getting in touch via email, text, or other ways about your orders, our services, and important updates.
  • Don’t Want Emails?: You can usually unsubscribe from marketing stuff, but we might still need to email you about your orders or your account.

Paying for Stuff

  • Free to Browse: Looking around Walif is free! But we might charge fees for some services, and we can change those fees at any time. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know if anything changes.
  • Extra Charges: Sometimes there are extra charges for things like delivery or packaging (especially if the government says we have to).

Returns

  • No Take-Backs (Usually): Most things bought on Walif can’t be returned, unless there’s something wrong with them (like they’re broken or not as described).
  • Our Guarantee: We do have a “True Kare” guarantee for some services. Check out those specific details for more info.

Canceling Orders

  • We Can Cancel: We can refuse or cancel any order if we think the price is wrong, the item’s not available, or something seems fishy. If you already paid, we’ll give you a refund.
  • You Want to Cancel?: Check out our Order Cancellation policy for all the details on how you can cancel.

Deliveries

  • Seller’s Job: Sellers on Walif are responsible for getting your order to you on time and in good shape.
  • We Process After Payment: Once your payment goes through, we let the seller know to start packing your order.
  • Delays Happen: Sometimes deliveries are delayed. That’s usually out of our control, so please be patient.
  • Cash on Delivery: If you choose “cash on delivery,” be ready to pay the delivery person when they arrive. You can’t refuse the order just because you changed your mind.

Our Stuff, Our Rights

  • Copyright & Trademarks: Everything on Walif (the logo, designs, code, the whole shebang) belongs to us. You can’t use it without our permission.
  • Other Brands: We might have other company logos or names on Walif, but those belong to those companies.

Breaking the Rules

If you mess around and break these rules, we can:

      • Cancel your orders
      • Suspend your account
      • Ban you from Walif
      • Block your computer
      • Contact your internet provider to block you
      • Take legal action

Who’s Responsible?

  • We Try Our Best: We work hard to make sure Walif works well, but sometimes things happen. We’re not responsible for delays, problems with sellers, or things outside of our control.
  • Be Careful Out There: Basically, use common sense and be careful when you’re buying and selling online.

The Legal Stuff

  • What Laws Apply: These Terms follow the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction – where Walif is based].
  • Disagreements: If we can’t agree on something, we’ll try to work it out. If not, we might go to arbitration (a more formal way to settle things).
  • These Terms are It: These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us.
  • If Something’s Unenforceable: If any part of these Terms isn’t legally valid, the rest of it still applies.
  • No Waivers: Just because we don’t enforce a rule right away doesn’t mean we’re giving up the right to do it later.

Changes to These Terms

  • We can change these Terms whenever we need to. We’ll try to give you a heads-up, but it’s a good idea to check back here every now and then.
